MORNING WALK

Human body is a gift of god its one of our foremost duty to take care of it proper food shelter and clean enviroment are essential for good health.besides all the considaretior physical fitness is also necessary for good mind.we can achive the fitness by walked and exercise.walk is of two types 
  1. morning walk.
  2. evening walk.
Morning time is very pleasant.the atmosphere is very quite and clam every where the air is free of dust and smoke dew drop look like pearls on grass the flowers bloom in the morning and birds are chirping in bushes and trees...some of picture and videos in morning you all can see in my blog..
